Upload, step by step
The job of this gate: deliver results to every downstream system that owns them, prove each delivery succeeded, and log the chain of custody.
1
Receive processed package
Take the bundle produced by Perform — reports, alerts, work orders, readiness updates, and the underlying processed data.
2
Authenticate to the IDE
Log in to the Integrated Data Environment. Failures are logged and the operator is alerted — nothing moves without proven identity.
3
Classify by destination domain
Tag each piece of the bundle with where it needs to go: safety, predictive maintenance, ASIP, maintenance management, logistics, tech pubs, readiness, or the engineering data lake / digital thread.
4
Fork — eight parallel uploads
Each authenticated repository receives only the slice it owns, in parallel, so distribution is fast and isolated per domain.
5
Verify receipts & retry
Hashes confirm what was received matches what was sent. Failed uploads loop back and retry until every destination is confirmed.
6
Audit, archive & notify
Provenance is logged (who sent what, where, when, with what hash), the source package is archived, and downstream consumers are notified that fresh data is available.
Principle: authenticate, fan out, verify every delivery, then log provenance.
