Activity 01

Receive AVGS Data

Ingest air vehicle data from recorders, wireless links, GSE, and external systems.

Selects the data source, authenticates the operator, identifies the tail and mission, then receives flight, HUMS, fault, sensor, maintenance, and mission data in parallel before validating and staging it for processing.

Activity 02

Perform AV Data Support

Enabling and preparation activities performed prior to AV data collection — distinct from Receive AV Data and Upload AV Data to IDE.

Captures the support/enabling verbs required before any AV data download: identifying sources, validating system capability, verifying output configuration, confirming procedures and tech pubs, preparing GSE and tools, coordinating with integrating IPTs, and establishing site/access/environment readiness.

Activity 03

Upload AVGS Data to IDE

Distribute processed results to safety, maintenance, logistics, and the digital thread.

Authenticates against the Integrated Data Environment, classifies results by destination domain, then uploads to eight downstream repositories in parallel. Receipts are verified, failures retried, and provenance logged.
